Rehabilitation and expansion of an old farmhouse (Cal Trempat) in Vilanova of the Vallès, to charge of the City Hall of Vilanova of the Vallès for the construction of a nursery and a Center civic. The project of the architects David Sebastian and Gerard Puig has a budget approximately of 1,000,000 €. Services d ' architecture Betarq participates as direction of execution of the works. In the year 2011 this work has been selected by the awards FAD.
