Realization of all kinds of architectural projects, urbanization, basic, executive, both new construction and rehabilitation, large works or small performances. Basic projects such as the headquarters of the Fundació Pascual Magarall, Alzheimer's research (BarcelonaBeta building), the executive project of the Hotel W Barcelona (Hotel Vela) or the integral rehabilitation of the Societat Coral la Lira de Sant Andreu (Barcelona) are just a few examples. The added value that the study gives is the cross-cutting collaboration, within the same office, with other disciplines of the construction process to ensure both the quality of the project, the cost and duration of the work or the economic and legal viability of the work with aim to obtain a global product of the highest optimized quality. Working the architectural project as an independent part of the construction process seems to us to be unsuccessful and inconclusive to the times we face.
