Phase II of Culmia\u2019s residential project in La Marina del Prat Vermell has been completed, including the construction of a 64-home tower. This phase builds on Phase I, already completed, which covered the basement levels and 192 social housing units (HPO).<\/p>\n

Phase III is currently underway, with the construction of two new towers totaling 88 homes, further consolidating the progress of the residential development.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
