BREEAM, obtiene el <a href=\"https:\/\/www.dgnb.de\/en\/certification\/important-facts-about-dgnb-certification\/about-the-dgnb-system\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" data-saferedirecturl=\"https:\/\/www.google.com\/url?q=https:\/\/www.dgnb.de\/en\/certification\/important-facts-about-dgnb-certification\/about-the-dgnb-system&amp;source=gmail&amp;ust=1760787930172000&amp;usg=AOvVaw1CZJ63fxhafKkdJmsghwPJ\">certificado DGNB system<\/a>, considerado el sistema de certificaci\u00f3n m\u00e1s avanzado del mundo, y que llega a Espa\u00f1a de la mano de Green Building Council Espa\u00f1a (GBCe).<\/p>\n<p>Ha sido uno de los seis proyectos piloto que se han escogido para la adaptaci\u00f3n de DGNB System ES al mercado Espa\u00f1ol, siendo el \u00fanico edificio residencial plurifamiliar entre ellos, del cual Betarq ha
