El inmueble dispone de una planta s\u00f3tano con 5 plazas de aparcamiento y trasteros, adem\u00e1s de planta baja y dos plantas piso destinadas a viviendas.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"480\" data-end=\"1230\">La estructura se ha ejecutado con pilares y losas de hormig\u00f3n armado, visibles en las zonas nobles de cada vivienda. Las fachadas ventiladas incorporan placas prefabricadas modulares de hormig\u00f3n polim\u00e9rico para optimizar el comportamiento t\u00e9rmico y minimizar los puentes t\u00e9rmicos.
