Estamos muy orgullosos de anunciar que Green Building Council Espa\u00f1a (GBCE) ha hecho entrega de la placa DGNB<\/strong> al AQ Edificio Londres, ubicado en La Marina del Prat Vermell (Barcelona), donde Betarq Group<\/strong> ha actuado como Direcci\u00f3n de Ejecuci\u00f3n<\/strong>. Este reconocimiento es especialmente relevante, ya que se trata del primer edificio residencial en Espa\u00f1a en obtener la certificaci\u00f3n DGNB, reflejo de nuestro compromiso con un modelo de desarrollo urbano m\u00e1s sostenible, eficiente y responsable.<\/p>\n

El proyecto, reconocido el pasado a\u00f1o por APCE – Associaci\u00f3 de Promotors de Catalunya con el Premio a la Sostenibilidad, destaca, entre otros aspectos, por el cumplimiento de los exigentes criterios de esta certificaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n
