Completion of the final phase of the Comprehensive Rehabilitation of the Fàbrica del Sol as a Civic Centre for the Barceloneta neighbourhood. The listed Modernist building is a benchmark in ecological and sustainability terms, having achieved the maximum rating of the “VERDE” Certificate (GBCe) of 5 leaves.
