Rehabilitation and extension of an old farmhouse (Cal Trempat) in Vilanova del Vallès, promoted by the local council, for the construction of a nursery school and a civic centre. Project by architects David Sebastián and Gerard Puig.
In 2011 the project was selected for the FAD Awards.
Betarq participated as Construction Management.
