The Edificio Londres has been awarded the APCE 2025 Prize in the Sustainability category and holds BREEAM and GBC (DGNB system) certifications. A recognition to which Betarq Group contributed by acting as construction Management.
Throughout the construction process, we supported the project to ensure that the quality and sustainability criteria defined in the design were correctly implemented across all execution phases.
