We are very proud to announce that Green Building Council España (GBCE) has awarded the DGNB plaque to the AQ Edificio Londres, located in La Marina del Prat Vermell (Barcelona), where Betarq Group acted as Execution Management. This recognition is particularly significant, as it is the first residential building in Spain to obtain the DGNB certification, reflecting our commitment to a more sustainable, efficient, and responsible urban development model.
The project, recognized last year by APCE – Associació de Promotors de Catalunya with the Sustainability Award, stands out, among other aspects, for meeting the demanding criteria of this certification.
