Detached multi-family residential building with 5 dwellings, comprising a basement with 5 parking spaces and storage rooms, a ground floor and two upper floors for residential use. The project has obtained the “VERDE” Certificate (GBCe) through the use of FSC or PEFC certified timber, lime mortars, locally sourced materials, low-consumption sanitary fittings and taps, individual aerothermal systems and solar panels, ecological paints and varnishes, draining exterior pavements and perimeter enclosures with native vegetation, among other sustainable solutions.
Betarq has carried out the project design, Project Management (PM), Architectural Management, Construction Management and Health & Safety Coordination.
