The construction of the new Barcelona headquarters of l’Escola de Disseny LCI 22@ features 11,000 m² equipped with the best technology, as well as a park surrounding this design building, located on the corner of Álava and Sancho de Ávila streets.
It shares the area with prestigious institutions such as the Museu del Disseny and more than 1,500 companies and start-ups linked to media, ICT, digital transformation and scientific research.
Betarq carried out the Construction Management.
