Construction of an industrial warehouse and an office building of approximately 4,500 m² and 1,800 m², respectively, for the company Riera Nadeu in Granollers.
Betarq carried out the projects and Construction Management (together with PRC), as well as Construction Execution Management, Health and Safety Coordination (CSS), and acted as Construction Manager with the contractor Blok 4.
