Comprehensive renovation of an old end-of-terrace single-family house in Cantabria, retaining the roof structure while carrying out a complete structural overhaul with new columns, beams, floor slabs and a new interior layout. Three independent apartments with a communal area were created. The intervention was carried out with ecological criteria, obtaining the “VERDE” Certificate (GBCe) of 4 leaves.
