The Londres building, already holding the BREEAM certificate, obtains the DGNB system certificate, considered the most advanced certification system in the world, which is introduced in Spain by the Green Building Council Spain (GBCe).
It has been one of the six pilot projects chosen for the adaptation of the DGNB System ES to the Spanish market, being the only multifamily residential building among them, for which Betarq has been responsible for the Executive Direction of the work.
